Zucchini Pineapple Bread

3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup crushed pineapple and juice

Beat together eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla. Add flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. Fold in zucchini and pineapple. Pour into loaf pans and bake 350 for 1 hour.
